There is no fee for account registration. Fees are charged only when you place an order for certificates or credits and the procurement is completed.
Is there a minimum purchase volume?
There is no specified minimum purchase volume. We accept orders from 1 kWh / 1 t-CO2, but since bank transfer fees apply, we recommend purchasing in larger amounts.
Are there any additional fees or service contracts required for purchasing?
No additional fees or service subscriptions are required. For example, with non-fossil certificates, the cost is simply the unit price per kWh multiplied by the purchase volume.
Are there any annual contract commitments?
There are no contract term commitments. We accept one-time purchases as well.
Can you help with GHG emission calculations?

How long does it take to complete a purchase?
For non-fossil certificates, if you align with one of the four annual purchase windows (August, November, February, May), the process from purchase to offset takes approximately 1 to 1.5 months. For other products, please allow 2 to 4 weeks.
